This is our yoga and relaxation space. We use this space to engage in relaxation training and trauma-sensitive yoga. One of the things we know from research is that an individual’s ability to calm themselves down and regulate their emotions is a big indicator in how well they are able to manage stressors, whether those are everyday stressors or traumatic stress.
