Join us for a weekly trauma-informed yoga class. This restorative yoga class is a gentle, safe way for survivors to befriend their bodies, where the trauma of the past is stored. Classes are led by Leanne Johnson of HealThy Self, LLC.
Sessions are open to survivors of sexual violence, caregivers of survivors, and supportive individuals (such as friends and family members attending to support a survivor).

As Kentucky’s regional children’s advocacy and sexual violence resource center for the Purchase Area, Lotus serves survivors of child abuse and sexual assault as well as their supportive family members.
